I ordered salmon it was crispy/burnt serve with some vegetables that I've never seen before, maybe some type of Indian lettuce The waiter could use additional training Overall a nice restaurant

I have dined at Sugas several times but this was my first visit post Covid. The menu has been significantly improved since my last visit and I had several items I would have liked to try but had to select the ones below. I thoroughly enjoyed the goat cheese shrimp appetizer and the wedge salad had a unique twist that made it their own that I enjoyed. I followed up with the buffalo that was tender and perfectly prepared. Lastly the young man that was hustling all night waiting on almost every table convinced me to try the cobbler with vanilla ice cream. It did not disappoint. The caramel drizzled over the vanilla ice cream sitting atop the warm cobbler would pleas anyone. I was pleasantly surprised and will return again. If you haven't tried Sugas lately I suggest you make a reservation. Lets face it Beaumont is really lacking in the fine dining and Sugas is gaining attention.

The atmosphere was amazing. The food was on point and the entertainment by Kiana Smith made the experience that much better! We will definitely be back!

We reserved a table for my husband and mine 17th anniversary. They did not even mention this when being seated. Service was terrible, they were out of many food options. There was a very noisy birthday party. I was very disappointed.

Came here for my birthday, first time I have ever been. Great food but our waitress wasn't good. Took forever to bring our salad out. My husband asked for steak sauce and that took forever to bring out. When we asked her about it she said 'they' were checking on it. When I go to a place like this and spend the kind of money that we spent its only natural to expect awesome service.

Nice place. Decent food. Staff was nice as well but overwhelmed by large groups. I'm going to come back and give them another chance. Mimosas were good!

Grace A. is an exceptional server! We celebrated my stepfather’s 84th birthday at Suga’s. The food was excellent. The lamb was cooked perfectly. The fried green tomatoes were fantastic. Everyone expressed the same sentiment.

Don’t ever go here!!! Absolutely terrible. Ate dinner here the night of homecoming. I had ordered Alfredo, wife had ordered a steak and our kid had ordered the Alfredo as well. After an hour of waiting we finally got our Alfredo only to find it cold and discolored. After sending it back and a warm plate being brought out we tried it and instantly regretted it. After a few inquires we were told that it was the Alfredo that had been cooked three hours earlier for the homecoming dance upstairs and they were serving the left overs to the customers down stairs. Needless to say we both ended up with food poisoning. After another 30 minutes they finally brought out the steak. When we got the bill they still charged us for the Alfredo and $50 for the steak. Please don’t ever go here!!!!

Fantastic birthday dinner for my wife! Booked through open table and selected the occasion, immediately afterwards the manager called me and offered to help make her night special. Food was amazing, ambiance was great, and we will definitely be coming back...maybe to see some live music on a Saturday!

One entree hot and the other cold. Indifferent service.. requested booth at reservation but was taken to high top table when I asked about booth I was completely ignored. The booth that I asked for sat empty the entire time we are. There were 3 other tables total being served. Wonderful concept but zero execution. Because no one there cares about the customer.

Paid an extra $25 for the anniversary package. I was disappointed when I realized the rose pedals spread out on the table were fake,& then the fact that we weren't in a more secluded area away from other guests in respect. I was also super upset that there was no live music on a Saturday night. Food was good, and service was okay. Don't know if I'll go back, but it was a good experience overall.

I've been to Suga's a number of times over the past 6 years or so and have had the same experience each time. I know I'm going to get great food, great ambience and great service. Haven't been disappointed yet. I've been here for birthdays, brunches and Happy Hour. I've always enjoyed this establishment. I hope it continues because this is one of the shining restaurants in Beaumont.

Took a long time to get seated despite reservation. Party upstairs slowed the food. Appeared to be understaffed. One steak was good, the other over cooked. The staff was very friendly and a good atmosphere. I would go again.

This was my first trip here. Had the boudin balls to start then the chicken and waffles with the sausage bread pudding. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The waffle was fluffy and taste pretty good. The bread pudding was different but I dogged it. There was live music by a saxophonist who played a variety of songs. The staff were kind and welcoming.
