I don't know if the original owners still own this place but I tried to place in order at 6:40pm.Someone answered the phone and said no the kitchen is closed and we cleaning up. I didn't know they closed at 7:00pm and I thought that was very rude and I will not be returning to this place of business.

Ordered the chicken, shrimp, scallop pasta and salt and pepper wings. Both were absolutely delicious!!! The chicken wings were crispy, hot, and seasoned to perfection.The pasta was veeeeery decadent, creamy, and flavorful. The texture is similar to a very soft mac n cheese.The service here was great and everyone was very friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu!!! PS— prices are very very good also.

i’m a little late BUT i seen someone post about team gilliam shack off 11th street and decided to give them a try. I got the fully loaded cajun pasta with chicken, shrimp and sausage and i would give them a 7/10. Hubby got the fried fish basket and was very disappointed. The fish was very soggy and not cooked in the middle. After we placed our order we sat outside for a good 20-25 min to wait on the food you would think the fish would have been cooked all the way. The boudain balls were pretty good along with the red beans and rice . I also ordered the banana pudding but was so disappointed with the food didn’t even try it . i wouldn’t recommend and would give them a 4/10

The Customer Service was Great ? my order was placed through Drive Thru for a customer I picking up for After à careful Review of the Menu I decided to order something I don’t usually eat at to many places but I’m Excited I tried I had a Sweet Potato pie taste like Good ole Louisiana Tea Cake filled with Sweet Potato VERY VERY GOOD not to sweet just right Not to mention the Delicious ? Banana Pudding so good bananas was sweet and the cookies not Soggy better than others I have tried .The Red Beans and Rice ? Great Season just right they were nice and hot I went inside and Paris was so very helpful and Sweet it’s was very clean inside and out and comfortable to sit and eat if you looking for some Great Food Friendly people price is good don’t take my word go get you some Good Eaten I’m going back
