☆Our server, Calyssa, was BEST! The food was hot and fresh, but Calyssa was the star of the show. We'll definitely be back because of the food and atmosphere, but mainly because of our server Calyssa!!!☆

Had a good experience here good food and good service and shout out to mya for helping me get exactly what i wanted give that girl a raise she so sweet and has amazing personality definitely would recommend asking for her!

Everything was perfect!

Such a great place to watch a game and grab fresh food. The burgers are made from scratch daily and the fries are fresh as well. Good service on top of it. Patio looked super cool and will try again next visit.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at BoomerJack's during a recent night shift visit. The bartender, Brit, made the environment uncomfortable, especially for people of color. Her attitude and snide remarks were inappropriate and uncalled for. When concerns were raised, she dismissed them by referencing her biracial child—as if that excuses her behavior. It’s frustrating and disheartening to witness this kind of conduct in a public space that should feel welcoming to everyone. Management should seriously address this to ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity.

The food was delicious. Service was adequate.

Bartenders service was terrible took them to long to get your drinks and to long to give you your bill and they weren't even busy. I really don't think I'll be going back to this location.

My go to place. Celeste is the best! Thank you?

Was here from out of town. Stopped by at the end of the work day on my way back to the hotel from a supplier site. Someone from the hotel restaurant mentioned the night before. Great place, good atmosphere and crowd. Jesse (sp?), the server/bartender was fantastic. Will be back when in the area again.

First, let me share the positives before going into my 1-star review. This place has a cool atmosphere. There are lots of TV's on the walls, so if you come to watch a sports game, you will have plenty of viewing options. I ordered an Old Fashioned drink, some cheese fries, and a Double Double Smash burger. The drink was good. Not the best Old Fashioned I've ever had, but not the worst. The cheese fries were soggy. They had a good flavor, though. I substituted the regular fries that came with my meal with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were awesome! The Double Double Smash burger was delicious as well. However, the beef patties were super thick. Nothing 'smashed' about them.

Now the bad.... well, not bad, just ugly. Our service was HORENDOUS. Where to begin? Our waitress took forever to get to us. She came to our table to get a drink order and forgot what we ordered. She came back with the wrong drinks. I just asked for water and I got a glass full of ice with little water. Not a big deal. When we finally got all of our drinks correct, I asked her what type of bourbon was used int he Old Fashioned. She said "whiskey." Okay. Whatever, I'll choose whatever rail spirit they have. I wanted to substitute, but that would have confused her more. I stuck with what she gave me. It was decent. She then came back to our table and took half of our table's order. Yes. Half. She walked off after half of the table ordered. It took another ten minutes to flag her down. When we finally got her back, food was brought out to our table. Not our food, though! Wrong table. Everyone seemed confused. We sent the food back to the kitchen and immediately it was brought out to another table. Finally, we got our food. We tried to flag her down again for more water and refills, but she was too busy yelling at her manager saying, "It's just not fair!" before storming off into the kitchen. The manager rolled his eyes and walked away. The waitress came back and started trying to talk to all of the other staff. Completely ignoring us. When I finally flagged her down, I asked for more water. She brought a pitcher and left. Didn't even fill my cup! Then, it came time for our checks and to go boxes. She didn't bring the boxes, so I walked over to the cabinet and helped myself. The staff at the front looked at me puzzled. When I told them that we didn't get our boxes, they didn't do anything. They looked back at their phones.

I'll skip this place.
