Been going here for over 10 years. We have seen many changes as far as managers. We have also seen a decline in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Coffee bar is dirty.....tables ...floors etc.All the employees are very nice but the place needs to be clean. I hope this review comes across as corrective because I enjoy going here with my husband but I want to know it's clean and up to standards that I expect.
Einstein‘s bagels and food are really great. I have visited this store a couple of times in the last few weeks and I always get great service. Rafael is friendly and professional. Thanks Einstein Brothers bagels and Raphael for great customer service!

These five stars are for the little Indian lady who works there. She’s been there for years. She could teach classes on customer service. She is so welcoming, pleasant, respectful, polite, helpful. She greets everyone with a smile and welcome. Have her teach all Einstein bagel staff everywhere!
