I moved to Bedford & I’m from deep Dallas where you can find great Mexican food around the corner. Not many choices here in HEB area when it comes to authentic Mexican food. I guess I should have realized from the name it's probably not Tex-Mex, and it's certainly not. It's basically a taco stand restaurant, just like the slogan says. No ground beef, no chili con carne, but the rice and refried beans were really good. Meat choices are typical taco stand meats and there are about 7 choices.
