We had baked ziti, chicken piccata, meatballs, and sausage with peppers — everything was delicious and high quality. Guests were raving about the taste. “Authentic Italian food. Great sized portions and service was the cherry on top! It was my husband’s birthday and he got a delicious free canolli. It’s also BYOB so you can bring your favorite wine to pair with the food… I mean, what else can you ask for?!
We ordered an appetizer, a huge Sicilian deep dish pizza and a baked entree all for 60$… we had to take most of the pizza home and it will feed us for at least 2 more dinners.

All of the staff is friendly and professional. But I would single out Tony as the best waiter working there and is my favorite waiter anywhere. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does an outstanding job. If you want to go from Arkansas location, you have to call them. Large groups handled easily. (Just did 20 for a friends bday no problem). Definitely recommend you try them out. Owner and staff always friendly and accommodating.“

We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

A little on the slow side, but there were a ton of people. It wasn't slow enough to take away from the experience. The food was excellent. Flavorful and presented well. “The Manager at this location is very very serious about customer experience; we were in for dinner on a very busy night and though my 6 year old got her food right away ours was taking its seemingly normal time. The waiter came by and explained there was a delay, to be honest I didn’t notice; shortly there after we were visited by the manager ( who had already come by to check in) and he apologized and explained the reason for the delay (again I hadn’t noticed a delay based on other Olive Gardens I’ve been too) but he said the entrees were on him. He was very kind and didn’t have to do that my typical OG trip Olin other areas has always taken a long time.
It was better than normal, quicker than I’m used to and the customer service was over the top. The Franchisee is blessed to have such a great staff and manager“

The place is new the previous establishment Which was a pizza place moved out Phillys took over and if you get lost it’s your own fault if you don’t look at the street number which is clearly on the door!“

They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again.
