Worst service ever tonight! 90 minutes to deliver 4 cold pizzas! Boxes crushed..cold. Called the store twice and track order. Not a single apology for slow service. We order every Friday night and its always hot and here within time specified online. I guess they had to wait for the #ThanosSnap to be undone for my order to materialize!🤬
Ordered the spinach alfredo pizza after having it at a friend's house (from another location), and it was flavorless! The spinach was extra soggy and not baked into the pizza as it was when I had it at my friend's house. I was thoroughly disappointed because I was in love with it when I had first tried it and was anxious to have it again. Perhaps I should've read the reviews on this location before ordering. 3.4 stars is low for Papa John's.
