Several tables were dirty, the gentleman making the sandwiches had longer, shaggy hair with no hat/hair net. The half BLT ordered had two slices of tomato, a sad amount of lettuce, and a few sprinkles of bacon bits. Whenever I asked the manager for a new sandwich, she went to the prep area and began complaining to her staff about my request for a proper sandwich.

After a long road trip home, I was so hungry and I ordered my food to go.This is the amount of steak I received on my steak and white cheddar sandwich. Very disappointed

Underwhelming location. Lots of loud, annoying groups of teenagers. Overall I think corporate Panera has far too high prices for what you actually get. Restaurant is fairly clean but it smells super weird when you walk in. The staff is friendly enough but not the best.

Every time I place a pickup or delivery order they will forget something. Today it was both drinks. They never offer an apology and today they just hung up on me before I could ever verify that they issued the refund.

The food was so good. I recommend this location over any Panera in the Austin area. Great portions and customer service !

Ordered a “Family Feast.” Was charged for the premium, with the cookies, which I did not ask for or want but whatever. For $45 and a promise to feed 4-6 people, this sounds great, until you open the bag. The salad was at BEST, a 1.5 person serving, the bowl it came in was MAYBE half full. This miniature salad was accompanied by 4 of the smallest sandwich halves I have seen from anywhere I have ever purchased a sandwich. They do provide a decent amount of soup, and a full baguette, but this is only going to feed 4-6 people if no more than 2 of them are I-could-eat adults, and the rest are toddlers only capable of sucking on bread. Also disappointing that I could not add the French onion soup to the family feast, as it is available as a “group soup” elsewhere on the menu for the same price as the others. For some reason they just “could not” do that.

This place is so dirty, we had to clean our own table to eat. Trash all over the floor. Very unappetizing. I don't recommend. Other Paneras I have been to were clean and cozy. This is a dump.

We have a fondness for Panera Bread's bagels, but our recent experience with the staff and managers at this particular Bee Cave location has been disappointing. I placed an order for a dozen plain bagels through the Panera App. However, upon my arrival at the restaurant, I discovered that they only had 5 plain bagels available, despite having already charged me for the entire order. Unlike other stores that typically notify customers of order issues, I received no call from this store, with the explanation being that they were exceptionally busy—although there were employees at the counter and no customers in line.Upon requesting the available bagels, the cashier insisted I take alternative options, which I did not desire. When I asked for a credit instead, I was informed that I needed to speak to the manager, who was reportedly on the phone. Despite explaining my time constraints due to picking up my child, I faced delays. Eventually, I accepted the partial order, requesting the manager to call me and, if possible, provide a credit.I did not receive a call from anyone so I called back, "a" manager picked up the phone, apologized for the shortage, and offered me the remaining order for the following day, which I accepted. However, when I called the next day to confirm the availability of the remaining order, the General Manager (Michael) accused me of being extremely rude to his employees, alleging cursing and banging on the counter, which was an absolute lie. I told him that since the store has cameras, he should go back and review the video and should not accuse customers by his exaggeration at this he had no answer. I also questioned him, why he did not approach me directly if the situation was so dire.Rather than addressing my concerns, Michael insisted on my return solely to collect the order, forbidding me from revisiting the store. Disheartened by this response, I attempted to communicate my disinterest in the remaining order, but he abruptly hung up.Upon contemplating my experience, I discovered numerous negative reviews on Yelp about this store, indicating a systemic issue. While acknowledging the staffing shortage, hiring managers with inadequate customer service skills is detrimental to the brand and the overall business. I sincerely hope that the district manager or higher-ups take notice of these concerns, addressing the need for better customer service training and potentially reconsidering the management of this particular location.

Expensive as hell for a sandwich I could make at home and a frozen soup. Never again.
