Panera Bread Reviews
Best location everyone is always fast, orders are never wrong and staff is friendly. Whoever is in charge of salting the bread though.. someone needs to take it from you 🤣 calm down on the salt
Great service delicious sandwiches!
This is how franchises end. I went in to the Bee Cave Galería Panera at 8:15am. The shelves were bare with only 3 older looking items in the bakery section. Whatever happened to bakers showing up early to make the days products. Don’t open the store if you are going to have nothing to sell. I asked if they had any breakfast souffles and was told they hadn’t baked them yet. After asking “when do you bake them if not in the morning?”, she finds one souffle so I took it....read full review

Panera Bread offers a consistent and convenient dining experience across its locations. The restaurant is usually situated in malls with available parking and features a clean environment where customers can place orders on tablets. The menu includes popular items like the half turkey sandwich, cheddar broccoli soup, egg croissant, and chicken ciabatta, all of which are fresh and tasty. The cheddar broccoli soup is noted for its thicker consistency and authentic cheddar flavor, while the bread options, such as the French baguette, are generally decent but sometimes taste like they were only halfway baked.
Service quality varies; some staff members are friendly and go out of their way to assist, even offering free pastries on special occasions. Customers appreciate the seating options, with both indoor and outdoor areas, and a secluded seat with an outlet is available for those wanting to work or have a serious conversation. While the food is considered good, some reviews mention that the quality has declined over time. Prices are reasonable, and new seasonal items like Mexican street corn chowder add variety, although not all items have been tried. Overall, Panera Bread remains a reliable choice, especially for quick meals, casual meetups, or a comfortable place to work.
