“We needed something fast, easy to eat, and that could be reheated. Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets? Bingo! I can't think of any chain that does a better job of delivering consistently good food in a consistently friendly way. And with their dual drive-thrus, Chick-fil-A really moves things along. Maybe someday they'll opt for a 20% bump in revenue from being open on Sundays.“

“We stopped here from out of town because the reviews were amazing.And i'm so glad that we did.Chris was able to just select a meal customized just for us. The meal was absolutely fabulous.I got the southwest bowl.And we also got the whipped feta. Omg this place is to die for. Here's a note for the owner, please.Please, please open one in sacramento, California!“

“Route 12 is a great place if you are looking for family friendly, a wide variety of food choices ( everything from kids pizza to grilled chicken), while keeping it within budget. They have an outdoor splash pad for the kids and indoor dining as well. We had a party of 12 and were able to call ahead so our table was reserved and ready for us! Parking is no problem here.“

“What a great guy you have in David at Lakeway location. I vent through the drive thru and had my 3 dogs with me. David offered them bacon which they loved. He also gave us an ice cold water which again I took a couple of sips and then let them go to town. The food was fabulous as well. David you are the best!“

“I have lived in Europe, I have had authentic Mediterranean; the fresh ingredients and well prepared dishes here are amazing and rival that! The best part, its extremely affordable. The juices they have (free refills) are amazingly fresh as well!“

“The best old school Tex Mex in town. Fajitas are so much better than Chuys or Maudie’s. Then there are killer items like shrimp ala mexicana with chipotle and classic lengua. Green enchiladas crush the ones from other places. Margaritas are super tasty and there’s no better staff at this family run place. It’s all very reasonably priced. Can’t recommend it enough.“

“The customer service I consistently receive from Ro is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other locations. I’ve been in enough times to confidently say she genuinely is happy to see me when I walk in. She’s taken the time to remember my name and I’m pretty sure she knows my custom order by now. Her vibrant personality and attention to detail is rare to come by nowadays. I will be back!“

“Just ordered an Asada Torta from here for the first time and it was perfect. Tender and perfectly seasoned asada on a large roll with onions, cilantro, avocado, and a little mayo. It’s the best one I’ve had in Texas! Their “mild” green sauce is tasty but has a decent kick so get it on the side. The staff was friendly and everything looked clean. Highly recommend De La O Kitchen!“

“We’ve been searching for a good, authentic Mexican restaurant in West Austin for a while and we think we just found it! First, the basics; good salsa, charro beans, and Mexican rice. Solid margarita. For our entrées, we both loved them. I had the “famous puffy tacos,” which were a thick corn tortilla fried, but soft. unique, and excellent. My wife had the Enchiladas Potosinas, which was relatively new on the menu. Also, excellent! We plan to return.👍“

“Great lunch spot. The vegetarian sandwich Happy Hippy is so good! Try the Modern Caesar with chicken, the crispy quinoa is perfect. Probably one of our favorite, if not THE favorite salad, in Austin! Truly appreciate such a wonderful lunch option moving to such a convenient location.“

“I heard that this location was going to be closed starting Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 3pm for remodeling. It will be closed for about 7 1/2 weeks. That means it will be closed until mid-November.“

“Servers were very kind. Sat us and took our order at the table. We even had a robot deliver our food to our table. They have a playground. My son absolutely loved it. He has asked to go back specifically to this location multiple times. It’s way out of the way of us but we stop when we are on the way out of town to visit family.“

The food is always fresh, hot and absolutely delicious with their iconic chicken sandwiches and waffle fries delivering pure satisfaction every single time. The service here is genuinely in a league of its own with a team that is remarkably friendly, efficient and goes above and beyond to make every customer feel genuinely valued. The drive-thru moves at an impressive pace even during the busiest periods and the order is always accurate and handled with a smile. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout. Chick-fil-A in Austin sets the gold standard for what fast food service should look like and it is a place I visit time and again with complete enthusiasm!“
