The baristas and staff are incredible. Kind, friendly and thoughtful. The kindness they showed my daughter who had just been released from the ER was heartwarming. Truly such lovely staff.Kid-friendliness: They were so kind to my daughter!
My seven year old daughter had her first Starbucks ever. She begged, "mom can I please try a Pumpkin Spiced Latte?" I finally gave in and ordered a decaf for her. The first one was made iced, which we didn't order, but they remade it which was sweet. However my biggest complaint is they didn't have whipped cream. Ummmmmm, y'all are inside Target and they have whipped cream in the dairy isle. My daughter was bummed because she wanted the entire special treat. 3 stars for the expensive...read full review

The staff seemed friendly and the dragonfruit refresher I ordered tasted great, but after I checked my bank statement later, I was disappointed to find that, even though I had handed the cashier a gift card to check the balance of and then use, my full total had been charged to my credit card. He did not give the gift card back to me, nor did he give me a receipt, so I can't prove anything, nor is it really worth the time. I'm disappointed regardless.
