Took food to go. The ribs were delicious. Also had the jalapeño sausage. Usually jalapeño sausage has cheese and this one did not and yet it was still super moist. I really liked the barbecues sauce because it wasn't sweet and was just flavorful. We did not try the sides but they were not that entertaining looking. They were super nice serving us too!Finally the pecan pie filling was delicious but the crust was a bit hard.
So, I recently tried out this barbecue spot that's been getting mixed reviews. As a native Texan, I have my barbecue standards, but I wanted to give it a fair shot.Walking in, you head up to the counter to place your order. There's a tip jar, just in case you're feeling generous. I opted for a combo plate with two meats, two sides, and some bread, which came out to $16.89.
