Cute place. First time there. Had lunch special 2 burgers, 2 sides, 2 drinks 20.00. Our server Carter was super friendly. Will definitely be back. Hamburger was with fresh Hamburger and not frozen patties. Great fries and loved homemade
I first met the owners of 1836 when I started working at The Loft Pizza Pub. I had already heard wonderful things about the Cafe's food & people prior & after talks with them it's obvious the love they poor into their business as a whole. Their quaint Cafe is welcoming & filled with the most delicious smells of homemade food. I have honestly never read the menu so when I called in my 1st order I asked for the Chef's favorite breakfast item...THE BETTY & it did NOT disappoint....read full review

Definitely a small town gem! We tried this place out and the service was phenomenal! Best service around Grayson/fannin county! Breakfast was amazing! Perfect bacon every time! And the biscuits and gravy are a southern dream!
