A friend and I went today! Moist, tender, flavorful brisket. Yummy Texas twinkies & the potato salad was perfect! I’m picky on my tater salad 10/10. Thanks guys!

Bird’s Barbecue is a favorite spot for BBQ and crawfish. The moist, tender, and flavorful brisket is excellent, as is the small link sausage. Must-try items include the yummy Texas Twinkies, perfect potato salad, and the brisket egg rolls. The Borracho beans are a pleasant surprise. There are outdoor tables and an indoor area with air conditioning. It is BYOB, but they have sodas for sale. Reasonable prices and a top-notch experience make it a great choice for any BBQ fan.
