The Perk is amazing! The coffee is very good, the atmosphere is great, but the staff (especially Sara and Leandra!) is outstanding!! My husband and I go to The Perk once or twice every week. It is a warm, inviting place to relax, read, and enjoy coffee. Everyone who works at The Perk makes us feel special; they welcome us, as if inviting us into their homes. We feel so lucky to have this gem in our little town!

Rotating seasonal drinks and food, excellent service, wonderful bookshop (and more) attached, great snacks or full meals. This place is top notch. I see a fair amount of comments about the price, all in all the price is right on par for anything else offering the same cafe/coffee/drinks, so don't let that deter you, there is a drink for everyone here.

They are so kind and the coffee and food is delicious. I just had to review to talk about how they have just shown above and beyond service at every chance. Cute and cozy coffee shop in Belleville! I had a delicious lavender lemonade and my husband had an iced coffee with vanilla cold foam; he liked his coffee a lot and said he was glad it wasn’t overly sweet. We got a cinnamon roll to go and it was very tasty! They have other food too, that we plan to try next time. It’s a place you can hang out for several hours. They have board games, and ample places to relax. It’s also right next to a bookstore which is a great bonus.
How are you even considered a coffee shop if you’re closed on Sundays? Real question

My family of four just went to The Perk in Bellville for the first time while driving through the town traveling from Sugarland back to my home. We will definitely come back! It felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. It's a beautifully decorated coffee shop with colorful Christmas decor for the season, comfy nice sitting area, and fun attached book shop. We love this place! The coffee, tea, and hot cocoa were perfect! The friendly lady (wish I got her name) was enjoyable and smiling. The only downfall is that we don't live closer to come all the time. But we will come back! This is now my favorite coffee shop!

The Perk is a nice little establishment. It just takes too long to get your order during lunch especially if you are on a time crunch. They were not very busy this visit so I couldn't justify the long wait to receive our food. Somewhat pricey for what you get.
