sometimes 5 stars, sometimes 1 star. coffee is outstanding. vibe of the building is nice. customer service could use some work. sometimes its great but sometimes ill walk in (only person) not be greeted. walk up to the counter and barista just stares at me, doesnt ask me how im doing or what i want. after I order my drink and get it I say thank you and they say nothing. have a good day, nothing. sometimes its awesome but on days like this the only thing keeping me coming back...read full review
