“My son asked if we could try their bubble tea tonight and I’m glad we did! super nice and helpful!! my son ordered something he didn’t like, we were sitting in our car and I opened the door to dump it out (rose milk tea) because he still wanted the bubbles. Someone pulled up behind us and asked what was wrong, I think maybe he was the owner? He asked what my son wanted instead and went in and had it made for him. I had no intention in replacing his drink, I told him I didn’t think he’d like it but he insisted, so we were not going to go inside and say anything. We paid and it was our fault. It was so incredibly nice of him to do that and my son was so thankful! We were going to come back anyways because we both liked my drink, but this just secured the fact that we will be back again! If the man who helped us sees this, Thank you for getting him a replacement drink, that was above and beyond great customer service!“
