Thank you so much for hosting a sensory friendly night. It meant so much to my family since I have never been able to take my son to a movie before today (non verbal autism) the staff were great and super friendly. I do wish we had one of the nicer theater rooms with the reclining seats but over all my kids were super happy with the experience. Hubby & I went there for our first time a few days ago. I had called a few hours prior to ask questions. “Janet” on the other end of the line was very patient & helpful. Upon arrival to theater that afternoon, “Janet” was who greeted us for ticket purchase and concessions… I said “oh hi, I talked to you on phone” and she instantly replied “2 tix for F1 at 2:40 pm?” I was impressed, not only by her memory but at the entire experience and level of service we received...read full review
I would recommend this theatre but they need to address the sound for kids movies. It is really loud. Peaking around 92db. Needs to be around 83 peak. Just my two cents. We love everything release about it besides having to bring noise cancelling headphones.
