Hubby & I went there for our first time a few days ago. I had called a few hours prior to ask questions. “Janet” on the other end of the line was very patient & helpful. Upon arrival to theater that afternoon, “Janet” was who greeted us for ticket purchase and concessions… I said “oh hi, I talked to you on phone” and she instantly replied “2 tix for F1 at 2:40 pm?” I was impressed, not only by her memory but at the entire experience and level of service we received...read full review
I would recommend this theatre but they need to address the sound for kids movies. It is really loud. Peaking around 92db. Needs to be around 83 peak. Just my two cents. We love everything release about it besides having to bring noise cancelling headphones.
We love this theater! Staff is always nice and friendly. Prices are great on tickets and concessions. Very clean too.
Glad we live so close to this theater :)
