Terrible service out of DPepper out of condiments stale fries no cheese or lettuce on our tacos cold egg rolls no napkins stale bun on breakfast jack two weeks in a row. Will not be back until new management. This used to be the best jack in the box in our area but now they are just as bad as the two in Temple also. 👎👎👎👎👎
My husband and I went to Jack in The Box in Belton Texas. Was the worst experience. The young man was taking the trash out. He was dragging soda all over the place. Seems the place was ran by a bunch of kids and thats how they were acting. Lots of yelling and screaming. They were getting orders wrong left and right. One order was thrown at a customer. We had to wait forever for the lady to take our order and there was only 1 other car. Then she kept telling us to hold on. They tell us they have no Dr. Pepper or Coke. Then we get to the window and they tell us they have no croissants after we paid for it. At first she asks me what else I want since I paid already and I told her I wanted a refund. She gives me back what the food was but not the tax I paid. The employees were clueless on what to do and customer service was poor.
