Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Drive thru person was so rude and condescending I couldn’t even place my order. Choose any other place to eat if you can

Avoid this place at all cost. Pre -Ordered and was at least 20 liate, missing items, chicken was under cooked and the staff was rude. This place deserves to go out of business.

service is ridiculously slow. I’ve waited 30min through drive thru and they never have anything ready.

Ordered five pieces of chicken, side of mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuits. I got five pieces of chicken, coleslaw, Mac and cheese and no biscuits. The Mac and cheese was clearly made hours ago with dry/cracked cheese on top, and we were looking forward to the potatoes and biscuits, so the meal was fine, but not what we wanted. The service was pleasant and the store seemed clean enough, but due to half the order wrong or missing we will not be going back.

This place is horrible, it smells like sewage and we were waiting in line for an hour trying to get food that taste like crap plus they were out of multiple things on the menu. So yeah DO NOT EAT

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and we were the only ones there.

They got my order wrong, and when they fixed it, they still got it wrong. My kids couldn't even eat the food. Other people also came in due to wrong orders. Other than that, the lady who did help us was very nice
