This specific location is the worst fast food restaurant in Texas.

We waited in line for a little over 30 minutes and never got our food order. There was only one car in front of a us,and then they pulled in, in front of us just seconds before we pulled in. We ended up pulling out line and going somewhere else for dinner.

The sad thing is they know they screwing up people orders that’s why they have the phone line off the hook. I tried to call multiple times I spent almost $60 on some food that I did not ask for I supposed to have 16 piece legs spicy these folks made me a 16 piece the way they wanted to and none of the chicken is spicy!!! I want my damn money back. This is not what I asked for.!

Fast service, fresh food, and the place is very clean.

The food was great and MY order correct despite having to wait 20-25 minutes to get my order.
I ordered through the app which is probably the only reason I got my order in this amount of time.
This location had the same problem last time I ordered.
There were several people waiting in the drive through for longer than me. The drive through speaker was not in service.
There were a lot of angry people there this night. Some with incorrect orders. One man’s wife brought the order home and discovered it had insufficient amount of food in the order.

This popeyes has awesome employees and they are very quick and everything was done very well. I absolutely recommend this location.

I usually don’t do this but I went for lunch 35 minutes for 3 tenders and mashed potatoes. I went through drive through and they asked me to pull to the side then they seemed to forget I was outside my food was on the front counter.
Also, I noticed I didn’t get my drink and their number is never working so yeah.

First time eating here I ordered the 9 piece chicken and 1 side ,how are you gonna give 7 wings 1 leg and a breast if I want wings I've of ordered wings . I know. No one will respond to this but very disappointed
Edit it was the Belton TX location and I didn't want just wings , that was the issue if I had wanted to have 7 wings on a 9 piece order I would have just ordered wings I would thing a 9 piece would come with 1 breast , two thighs 3 legs and 3 wings not just 7 wings plus a breath and a leg

I love this location food always fresh hot and ready to serve go get some hot fresh chicken and try the fried pickles......best thanks management for the service

Chicken sandwich is a lot smaller than it used to be.

The menu board in the Drive-Thru is broken so we had to go inside to order we had to wait a while to order the dining room was filthy and so was the restroom. And why do they offer shrimp on their menu if they don't have it and it's been discontinued?

Love getting my food from here they out do all the Popeyes in the area!!

This has got to be the worse Popeyes I’ve ever been too! Check your order before you leave, they’re always missing something or get the order wrong altogether. I finally had enough of this Popeyes after i got sick the other day.
