Does anyone know when the actual restaurant is opening back up? They’ve been remodeling for a couple months now..

Food was good, lot of choices and generous helping of dishes,authentic Mexican foods, plenty of seating and parking. The waitress was very helpful, precise with our orders and great atmosphere.

First time here super recommend. Restaurant is being remodeled but they have a small taco truck outside. Ordered the taco plate. Tacos had a lot of meat tender not hard everything was delicious with grilled onions and a side of charro beans.

Staff and customers keep reaching over for to go plates and there was water all under my feet and the food was so so. I won't be be returning

Employees were friendly. However, the food tasted like dirt. We were better off eating the plants that are outside. The food had no flavor, it was cold and the taco shell was stale. The lettuce was brown, and the tomatoes was over ripe. The water tasted like sewage. Overall, terrible

It appears this place is closed down with a large dumpster beside it? Attempted to call and was sent to “front desk” voicemail.

The first time we went here. It was really good for breakfast then we went again for dinner and unfortunately, it was just a greasy slab of I don’t even know what.. as some advice from someone who frequently goes to establishments to eat and does look at the atmosphere of the place, having political views on the news on every TV isn’t recommended. Also, we were charged $30 for one margarita only because I requested patron tequila even though the menu stated it was a top shelf so I think we were definitely overcharged for that and unfortunately we will not return to this establishment.

Great breakfast!

Just moved back to Texas our home state. Lived in South Carolina for a few years. We missed central Texas/South Texas Mexican food. El Mexicano was fantastic. Food, drinks and service were top notch. Definitely one of our favorite local hot spots.

Poor Customer service/order taking. We had to make 40 mile round trip to get a refund because our order was wrong. Meliza proceeded to tell us “that’s the way you ordered it” When that is not correct. Being a Belton native I will not be back. Her customer service skills are poor along with her attitude. She just wanted to blame us because she took the order wrong.
