The only consistent thing the Benbrook Arby's offers is their inability to serve customers. System is frequently "down" so they can't take orders, shake machine never works, on the rare occasion you are able to get food, the meat is either almost beef jerky level dry or the curly fries are cold. That being said, the Arby's on Alta Mere is fantastic and the only reason I keep giving it another try.
5 Stars...Matthew is a great employee, I went threw the window with a large order. He ask me to pull up to the front. He came out just to let me no, that the order will be out in a few minutes. Also he made sure everything was in my bag. Good job Matthew And keep Up the fantastic work.
If you go through the drive thru - DO NOT try to get close to the window. There is a very wide curb between the to go window and your car. If you try to get closer to the window, this is what it will do to your wheels. Lovely, huh? There is NO WAY to see the curb is there from the driver's seat. There really should be warning signs. Went in & talked to the manager. She said she'd tell the store manager but didn't think there was much he could do. Left my phone number...read full review
