This location and other ones have really gone down hill. Customer service is more of a hate service. They treat you like they don't even want you there and it shows they hate their job. They need to go find a job where they can smile and be happy. Customer service is not their strong suit. I hope Wendy's steps in and does some training on this and they teach them to smile even when you dont feel like it when you work customer service. Used website to order ahead of time for drive thru bc I had a dog with me. Line moved slowly as I waited for others to put in their orders, pay and receive. Once at window, the order was handled as if I ordered at that time. Once I got home we discovered paid for French fries were missing. Advice: don’t order ahead if you want quicker service, check your order before leaving. Hamburger was very good, baked potato slightly under cooked and the Carmel frosty was delicious.
The place is always clean, and I have never had any issues here.
