Went through the drive thru, wanting try the new Philly cheese sandwich only to disappointed because they were out . To top it off rhe order was wrong and the roast beef ? was half the size they use to be certainly not worth the 10 dollars changed for that meal that was wrong. Needless to say Arby's did not have the meat!
I generally try to he positive as life can hit us many different ways and I can completely understand that the "card machine is down" bc technology can he a pain. BUT when it's met with apathy and staff that don't seem to want to be there and have a hard time smiling, it's difficult to be positive. Really hope they can make a turn around. They have some good staff occasionally

Paid $23 for two small classic meals. In what world is this cost acceptable for this bad food. Our curly fries were more like small bits of pieces, and the roast beef sandwich was all bread. Arby's food sucks, Period.
