Everytime I go here, they fall short. The food is what it is, but the service and customer experience is consistently trash. There can be 2 cars in the drive thru and you'll wait 20-30 mins. Randomly the lobby or drive through will be closed. Order has been wrong multiple times but at least I've gotten to try new things. Bring your phone to watch a video in the line and it's not so bad.
Just moved in Benbrook and it's my first time coming to this location. When we ordered the person was laughing and when we finally got our food it was completely wrong and cold. Will never come back to this location.

The past 3 months I have gone to this Panda Express on 5 different occasions and EVERY time they've "run out" of Orange Chicken and multiple other entrees. How does a restaurant consistently runout of basic entrees they've built their brand on? Tonight I waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru, only to get to the window where I was informed they'd run out of Orange Chicken, white rice and 2 other of my entrees.
