“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our family and friends! Oh yeah did I mention how amazing the pizza is? (;“

“Y’all. Ozzi’s is so, SO good. My wife and I haven’t eaten through the entire menu, but… we’re trying. Seriously. This quaint little pizza joint may not look like much, but their slices? OOF. I should probably be embarrassed to admit this at my age, but wife and I eat here at least once a week.
Okay, no. I’m not embarrassed.

My wife and I usually just order a couple of slices, but you can order whole pizzas to go because people are always walking in and out of here to pick up their orders. The staff is also great. They’re super friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Most times, I tend to go for pizzas with everything on it—or a meat only for the flavor. Thing is, at Ozzi’s, even their non-meat pizza is absolutely packed with flavor. Maybe it’s the pizza itself, maybe it’s because they finish their pizza with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and fresh ricotta. Maybe it’s just ‘cause their geniuses. I dunno how they do it but their slices bring the flavor. The a’ la vodka, white mushroom, and creamed spinach are delicious, along with the Sicilian pepperoni, the sausage and peppers, along with the meat lovers.

Ozzi’s also has chicken wings which are pretty solid, but I just can’t tear myself away from their huge, delicious slices! Oh, they’ve also added garlic knots. The first time I had them they were sublime, the second time, they were a wee overbaked, but still had the flavor. They come with marinara sauce which is thinner and blander than I’d like, but I just focus on the knots.

If you want to dine in, there are three tables inside, along with a small counter you can tuck in to chow down on your slice. If you want to brave the elements, they have a couple of tables outside. Wherever you decide to sit, give Ozzi’s a try. They may be no frills, but they are ALL FLAVOR all the time!“

“I took my family to eat here because I had a pleasant experience last time I went, which was about 10 years ago. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the hostess took my name. I told her we preferred a booth (I have many reasons why we prefer booths, one of which is I have an anxiety disorder and find it difficult to eat when strangers can watch me). She said "no problem". When we sat down to wait, there were 3 booths open, nobody sitting in them. A few other parties came in after us, 2 of which were immediately seated (one of those just sidestepped the hostess & seated themselves) and one which were seated in the waiting area with us to wait. When the hostess said we could be seated, she said "sorry but there are no booths available" even though there were 2 open & empty, so we were seated at a table in an open area next to the bar. (There were no signs at the booths saying "reserved" or "private", either.) Immediately after we were seated, the OTHER party that came in after we did were seated in one of the open booths. The server tried to say they had a reservation, but I don't believe that, because if they actually had a reservation, why did they have to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes, instead of being seated right away like the others who had a reservation? I think the truth is that they were friends of the hostess or somebody, and so they got preferential treatment. Neither I nor my family will ever bother trying this place again, and I am going to notify people on my social media to avoid this place as well. It's a shame because if we were treated well, we could've spent a lot of money in there as well as brought in more business. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“I think this place shines with their specialty pizzas. The Taco was my favorite, but the chicken bacon ranch and buffalo chicken were also very good. The only thing holding back the 5th star was the crust was a little tough and the cheese pizza wasn't the greatest. The ordering process was easy and it didn't take long before our pizza was ready.“

The pizza there is great. They are not stingy with their toppings. The only thing I didn't really care for was the fact that it's a card payment only kind of place. Other than that, pssshh that 20 minute drive is worth it. Good food, good environment, price is fair. Get up there and get you some. Fair heads up, parking can get a little wild. “My daughter and I stumbled upon Zoli’s last night and decided to try it - the outside play area for her being the deciding factor. The food was great! Everything we ordered was delicious and great portion sizes. The waiter was also fantastic. Super relaxed and never made me feel rushed to get my order in. He was attentive but not overbearing which was phenomenal and really helped to hone in that chill and relaxed atmosphere. My only issue with the experience was the hostess. I asked to sit outside so my daughter could play. Walking out of the door there were several empty tables. She walked me past these tables to the far corner (farthest from the playground) and right smack in the middle of a large birthday party - which we were not a part of. I asked to be seated on the opposite side as to not be in the center of the party, to be able to see my daughter on the playground, and so she didn’t see all the other kids eating cake and opening presents and inserting herself (she’s 3 so she wouldn’t have quite understood). Although she did oblige and seat me where I asked, she rolled her eyes at me and acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to be seated in a different part of the patio. When I said “oh this is perfect, thank you so much” she completely ignored me and walked back inside. Other than…her…our experience was great and we will hopefully be back.“

First off they have a lovely patio area with outside heaters when cool out, the service was OUTSTANDING and our server Jason went above and beyond for our entire dinner! The food was absolutely delicious especially the agnolotti with butternut squash! Hubby was super satisfied and happy with the tagitelle bolognese dish, and our crostini appetizer was to die for! Our server really made the meal that much better and I highly recommend you request Jason as you will not be disappointed. It was our first time here and definitely will not be our last. We can't wait to go back now!!!“

“Mamas is a staple for DFW, it’s been around a long time and for good reason. There is something special in those ovens and it isn’t just heat. The ingredients taste of a premium and exclusive flavor but at a price that doesn’t break you into poverty, and they usually have a special that makes it a crime not to have pizza every week or twice a week. The sauce is rich and delicious, the cheese is gooey and sharp, and whether you are a fan of thin or traditional crust, they make both with care and attentiveness that allows you taste buds to dance around in your mouth hole. So from someone who dines here quite frequently, this is a must over any of the other “big brand names” . . .The only thing better than a fresh hot slice out of the box is when you reheat the next day for an Italian breakfast or mafia style brunch.
