“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Right when you think pizza is pizza - here comes Mister01 with a very delicious and unique pizza! GREAT ingredients. FANTASTIC crust! We tried & loved the Star Luca & Hawaiana pizzas. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Laura salad. Portions were huge, and we have dinner for tomorrow. Try the spicey olive oil on your pizza. The staff is the BEST! First class operation indeed. “My grandson was recently transported to cooks here in Fort Worth and we had to drive all the way from San Angelo to be with him, we ended up getting a hotel and saw Parton’s flashing lights and needed some dinner after a long day. The food was amazing so we ended up wanting to order another pizza and the cashier asked if we were from around here. I said no and explained our situation and why we were in town and she ended up giving us the pizza for free and was so kind and nice. “Y’all. Ozzi’s is so, SO good. My wife and I haven’t eaten through the entire menu, but… we’re trying. Seriously. This quaint little pizza joint may not look like much, but their slices? OOF. I should probably be embarrassed to admit this at my age, but wife and I eat here at least once a week.
Okay, no. I’m not embarrassed.

My wife and I usually just order a couple of slices, but you can order whole pizzas to go because people are always walking in and out of here to pick up their orders. The staff is also great. They’re super friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Most times, I tend to go for pizzas with everything on it—or a meat only for the flavor. Thing is, at Ozzi’s, even their non-meat pizza is absolutely packed with flavor. Maybe it’s the pizza itself, maybe it’s because they finish their pizza with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and fresh ricotta. Maybe it’s just ‘cause their geniuses. I dunno how they do it but their slices bring the flavor. The a’ la vodka, white mushroom, and creamed spinach are delicious, along with the Sicilian pepperoni, the sausage and peppers, along with the meat lovers.

Ozzi’s also has chicken wings which are pretty solid, but I just can’t tear myself away from their huge, delicious slices! Oh, they’ve also added garlic knots. The first time I had them they were sublime, the second time, they were a wee overbaked, but still had the flavor. They come with marinara sauce which is thinner and blander than I’d like, but I just focus on the knots.

If you want to dine in, there are three tables inside, along with a small counter you can tuck in to chow down on your slice. If you want to brave the elements, they have a couple of tables outside. Wherever you decide to sit, give Ozzi’s a try. They may be no frills, but they are ALL FLAVOR all the time!“

Add in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and you've got a place that's easy to enjoy and hard to leave. “I took my family to eat here because I had a pleasant experience last time I went, which was about 10 years ago. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the hostess took my name. I told her we preferred a booth (I have many reasons why we prefer booths, one of which is I have an anxiety disorder and find it difficult to eat when strangers can watch me). She said "no problem". When we sat down to wait, there were 3 booths open, nobody sitting in them. A few other parties came in after us, 2 of which were immediately seated (one of those just sidestepped the hostess & seated themselves) and one which were seated in the waiting area with us to wait. When the hostess said we could be seated, she said "sorry but there are no booths available" even though there were 2 open & empty, so we were seated at a table in an open area next to the bar. (There were no signs at the booths saying "reserved" or "private", either.) Immediately after we were seated, the OTHER party that came in after we did were seated in one of the open booths. The server tried to say they had a reservation, but I don't believe that, because if they actually had a reservation, why did they have to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes, instead of being seated right away like the others who had a reservation? I think the truth is that they were friends of the hostess or somebody, and so they got preferential treatment. Neither I nor my family will ever bother trying this place again, and I am going to notify people on my social media to avoid this place as well. It's a shame because if we were treated well, we could've spent a lot of money in there as well as brought in more business. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“I think this place shines with their specialty pizzas. The Taco was my favorite, but the chicken bacon ranch and buffalo chicken were also very good. The only thing holding back the 5th star was the crust was a little tough and the cheese pizza wasn't the greatest. The ordering process was easy and it didn't take long before our pizza was ready.“

The pizza there is great. They are not stingy with their toppings. The only thing I didn't really care for was the fact that it's a card payment only kind of place. Other than that, pssshh that 20 minute drive is worth it. Good food, good environment, price is fair. Get up there and get you some. Fair heads up, parking can get a little wild. Not all the time but sometimes.“

“I ordered from Grubhub. Before it was delivered what I can only assume was the manager called me and said that the driver was given the wrong order. She was so sorry and was going to make mine and drive it to me as soon as she could. Wow, I was blown away to be honest, but that is outstanding customer service! “Driving home, we noticed a new place we had never seen before and we couldn’t resist a stop. It’s brand new and very clean with nice TV’s, a beer/wine bar, and most importantly, an extensive menu. There was so much to look at, we asked for recommendations. We landed on a meat lover’s pizza, which is always a good place to start, and chicken piccata, which was a favorite of the server. It’s one of my favorites, so also a good test. Pizza and a pasta entree combo was a great way to try multiple sides of the menu.
Both turned out to be very good. In fact, the piccata was absolutely wonderful and we both loved it. I hope these guys do well and recommend you try it.
Prices are also very reasonable.

“I absolutely LOVE Jet’s Pizza, and because I travel across multiple states, I’m always excited when I find a location! This location is truly amazing.

They know my order when I call, and they’re always generous about offering a coupon. Today, when I tapped my card, the gentleman told me, “Enjoy!” I realized I hadn’t had the opportunity to leave a tip and brought it to his attention. He simply told me to “tip with your heart.”

“My daughter and I stumbled upon Zoli’s last night and decided to try it - the outside play area for her being the deciding factor. The food was great! Everything we ordered was delicious and great portion sizes. The waiter was also fantastic. Super relaxed and never made me feel rushed to get my order in. He was attentive but not overbearing which was phenomenal and really helped to hone in that chill and relaxed atmosphere. My only issue with the experience was the hostess. I asked to sit outside so my daughter could play. Walking out of the door there were several empty tables. She walked me past these tables to the far corner (farthest from the playground) and right smack in the middle of a large birthday party - which we were not a part of. I asked to be seated on the opposite side as to not be in the center of the party, to be able to see my daughter on the playground, and so she didn’t see all the other kids eating cake and opening presents and inserting herself (she’s 3 so she wouldn’t have quite understood). Although she did oblige and seat me where I asked, she rolled her eyes at me and acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to be seated in a different part of the patio. When I said “oh this is perfect, thank you so much” she completely ignored me and walked back inside. Other than…her…our experience was great and we will hopefully be back.“
