“I'm going to probably have an unpopular opinion, but here goes.....the food is usually a hit or miss, and they are 9 times out of 10 understaffed with just 2 people working every time I have been in there. The service is excellent, however. The girl who takes my order is super nice and always smiling and she and the cook really hustle to get the orders out! They are pretty fast too, so that's why I gave them the four stars because attitude and work ethic is everything in my opinion and 75% of the time everything tastes fresh!“

“I have eaten in Italy,France, Spain and the UK. Good Food in Amarillo at the Big Texan. All have excellent food. But You can’t beat the FOOD and the SERVICE at Joe’s Bistro located in Big Spring Tx on FM 700. And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend you check out this eatery.“
