Was not greeted upon arrival, all 3 employees stood there, and then one walked to the back. One got stuck on stupid looking outside the other just standing there, ignoring our presence until I had to ask if they had meatballs. When making my sandwich completely ignored the fact I ordered 2nd cheese. My husband ordered his with extra bacon again ignored.Basic customer service is completely lacking at this location. My food was delicious! Michelle, the new manager, is so much better than the old manager. She's so pleasant and kind! The crew didn't seem to be walking on eggshells as they were with the last manager. Justin also did a great job and had great customer service skills!
