Wendy's is a restaurant where friendly staff can be found, especially when interacting with customers in person. The service and timeliness was excellent, and the food is good, hot, fresh, and tasty. The staff is much improved, though some employees can seem like they didn't want to be there. Drive-thru customers may experience minor delays, but some did not have to wait very long at all.
