if you are around Blessing during lunch, Elmer's food truck is the place to stop. We tried the papusas and they were amazing and made fresh to order. even my very picky children ate every bite off their plates. Their breakfast tacos are also delicious and made with huge homemade tortillas. The prices are very reasonable (you do need cash though).
