“Great down-home food! Nice folks, lunch buffet, chicken fried steak,fried chicken, greens, fish on Fridays, and wonderful yeast rolls and cornbread. Restrooms are down the hall in the hotel itself.”

“This is a 100+ year old hotel. We went for lunch. Food is good home cooking. Serve yourself take as much as you want a return to get more as many times as you like. $15.00 cash only.
Hotel has one room on display with original furnishings. There are rooms upstairs for rent.
It is off the beaten path, so you have to really want to go there. Texas Counrty Reporter, Daytriper and Texas Bucket List have all given it great reviews. Hotel is in Blessing TX. About halfway between Houston and Corpus Christi.”
