“I've been a customer of Cozy for almost 9 years now... The people are wonderful and the food and coffee excellent! But YES I'm a complainer this morning. The guy at the window every morning, at time he has an attitude with the customers. He should stay home when he feels like not working.. This was my third time dealing with him and his attitude. I pray for him.. We are your customers.. Just be nice.. God bless!“
“Went through the drive through today, and by the time I got around my pitty had knocked over my coffee I hadn’t even got a sip of when I got out to get water, the lady doing stock outside was kind enough to have a new one made for me free of charge. 🫶🏻 best customer service“
