Second time not hearing from anyone in the drive through when waiting, and being welcomed to a locked door.I understand it's new and the staff may not be able to handle it yet, but communication with customers is the heart of customer service.“
“Not sure what everyone else is complaining about here. For me, the app works fine. I could see some of the menu options being difficult to navigate for someone who is less "tech-literate" but I've never had any major issues.I've been here several times since it's opened and the food has never come out wrong, except the occasional dry french fries and one time they forgot a cookie. Both of these are immediately remedied when asking the staffAs far as wait times when I have not used the app, this Whataburger seems to not realize it's whataburger. Every other store I've been to nearby, Sherman, Durant, etc. often has wait times of well over half an hour. To me, that's just how Whataburger works in the area. But these folks here make it in under 15 reliably.Over all, very well run store, I really have nothing substantially negative to say about it.“

Honestly, I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is too good to pass up! Definitely would love to let this place know that I now have found a new favorite.
