“I have always enjoyed the atmosphere at Starbucks and I usually order the same drink every time. I Love my Venti Blonde Iced Latte with only 2 shots and 9 pumps of Vanilla instead of only 7. I’ve been going to my local Starbucks since I moved here to a smaller town in TX and let me tell y’all the employees are truly what make Starbucks, Starbucks. Seriously, they’re always busy and working under pressure to get everyone’s orders right and done in a quick and timely fashion. They are always perky and so positive and always smiling and never forget to ask how you’re doing. I go through the drive thru and as soon as I say Hi they already know it’s me and say “hey Liz, are you getting the usual Liz Special” lol. I mean small stuff like that is small but means so much to me. I can seriously be having the worst day ever and after stopping by Starbucks whether it’s in the morning on the way to take my kiddos to school or after I’ve dropped them off or even in the evening when I’m heading home, no matter what mood I was in previous to arriving, as I pull off with my drink and am pulling around the corner to leave the drive thru, that short 30-60 second interaction just completely makes my day. Now last thing I’ll say is again every Starbucks I’ve ever been too has had awesome employees, but my Starbucks here in good old #AnnaTX is just something extra special. I know they don’t get enough credit for just how many days I know they brighten. So, if you’ve made it this far I’d like to thank you for taking the time to read this all, but I’d also like to ask that you too maybe take the time to just write a sentence or 2 as a review for your special place that makes you feel loved and welcomed and appreciated and valued as my Starbucks does me. It doesn’t have to be Starbucks, it can be any place that makes you feel that way. I’d just love to see some positivity being spread as we have plenty of the other going around already.“

“Nice ambience. Wonderful staff. Good food. The gluten-free blueberry muffin didn't even taste gluten free. The music was fire, definitely the best music of any coffee shop I've ever been too. Great place to work away from work. Great prices too. Definitely going back.“

“I love Myth and Ember they have great drip coffee and lattes. Their signature menus and seasonal drinks are always tasty. The muffins are all gluten friendly but you can’t tell. They are just so delicious. ? Definitely give myth and ember a try and walk around downtown Van Alstyne. It’s so cute! Sweet small town. Supporting local business is great especially when the owner and staff is this passionate about their work and genuinely happy. ?“

“My go-to place! Very nice and friendly staff, really nice decor, and wonderful service. I typically get their strawberry tea or their chocolate coffee, but I've never disliked what I've ordered there. They also have regular events or gifts that you get when you order, and the little things to buy make the shop have a great atmosphere. I come over when I have time between classes, and it makes for a great study place.“

“I ordered the oatmeal this morning and not knowing that I had to ask for certain topping it came plain. When I got to work and noticed my mistake, I called the store and talked to Rue (I hope the spelling is correct). She told me what I needed to do and offered to make me a new one with the toppings I wanted. Her customer service is the reason why I will buy from there again. She was absolutely amazing and understanding. I offered to pay for a new one because it was my mistake however, she insisted that I not and it would be on the house. I really appreciate Rue and look forward to stopping by again.“

“I took most of the ice out of a venti sized drink and I had way less then half of the cup of coffee. I know the employees have to do what they are told and it's my own fault because I should have known better to ask for no ice but if you people really want to get your money's worth then I suggest you ask for little or no ice. I feel cheated. I'm sure corporate in a lot of companies add so much ice for a reason unless you ask them not to. The more ice the less drink the less drink the more you pay. It's really a scam.“

Steven greets me with a big smile and a cheerful attitude, making it clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm is infectious, and he often shares great recommendations that help me try new drinks. “Typical Starbucks, but one of the better ones in my experience. The staff is friendly. However, the staff was much friendlier the first couple of years they were open 2020-2022. There was a manager chain and the friendliness decreased. It’s still much better than most Starbucks!“

“The line can get long, but it's Starbucks, brand new, and the only drive through coffee in a mile or so. They are quick, kind, and accurate with your orders. Give them the same grace you would want if you were just figuring things out also!“
