The espresso was… fine. Average quality — not bad, not great, just there. But while I was waiting, it was fascinating to watch the barista (who was genuinely nice and mixing coffee derivates like a maniac) assemble what looked like a lineup of signature cocktails: whipped cream, syrups, sprinkles, sauces — everything except coffee. Kitalli was so SWEET! Her energy was unmatched. She greeted me, talked to me , and made sure my drink was perfect. ( I asked for recommendations for my matcha ). best employee i’ve seen at a starbucks !
I've been coming to this Starbucks since Covid ended, and I have to say, Oli, Paige, Macie, Kitalli, Avery, and Sugra's speed and accuracy with the preparation of what I ask is always great. They're great, quick, efficient, and super patient. They're an awesome team.
