There are very few times I’ve ever gone back to completely reverse a negative review, but this is one of them. My original review focused on one main issue: value. A medium drip coffee with a single shot of espresso came out to $8.86 after a $1 tip. At the time, I felt that price point wasn’t sustainable for building repeat business, and I shared that concern. Since then, I’ve had the chance to get to know several members of the staff and learned that the location is now under new ownership. One of the employees even reached out to me personally to talk through my review, which immediately stood out. What impressed me even more was what followed—they didn’t just listen, they acted. Within 24 hours, pricing was adjusted to be more in line with competitors like Starbucks. That kind of responsiveness is rare and reflects leadership that genuinely values customer feedback rather than brushing it aside. I believe every business deserves to earn a fair profit, and I fully support that. At the same time, long-term success comes from delivering real value, treating customers with respect, and building relationships that encourage people to return. The updated pricing shows a clear commitment to that balance. To the new ownership, thank you for taking the time to listen, for acting quickly, and for demonstrating that customer input truly matters. Rebuilding trust isn’t easy, but you’ve done exactly that. You’ve earned back my business and my labrador Maddie’s too. She’s a big fan of the pup cups and the calm, welcoming mornings.

Great atmosphere it's downtown Boerne, friendly customer service. If you want something not strong but sweet and smooth get the Caramel Vanilla. If you like something strong not too sweet the 1776 is what I recommend.
