Yogurt was delicious and the place was clean and had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back periodically!

Unfortunately we’ve tried giving this place a few different tries and every-time (literally every-time) multiple machines are down and the store is neglected. Staff are nice so gave it a star for that. We’d recommend another after dinner or mid day snack as Boerne has many to choose from.

Good Thursday night experience with some good smoothies and frozen yogurt! Had a group get-together and we were all assisted by Valeria, who was incredibly efficient, attention-oriented, and informative about the available options. The Triple Berry smoothie was great, and my friends say that everything else was too! Would recommend for a stop.

This business seems very neglected, I’m guessing it’s not shut down due to the exclusivity of the product, friendly health inspections and $10-$15 per serving doesn’t hurt. Apparently the product is too exclusive for the store itself. The frozen yogurt flavors can disappear up to 5 flavors at a time especially their “Tart” same goes for the toppings. The employees look just as sad as their “fresh” fruit. Bummer… the Tart is a good flavor.

Went to stop by and grab a treat since I haven’t had frozen yogurt in years. Unfortunately half of the flavors were out of order so we only had three options, chocolate, vanilla cheesecake and cotton candy. The toppings were a little limited but they had a lot of cereals to top off your yogurt. Overall it was okay but I would have loved more options to choose from.

This place used to be so good, but now, every time we go, half of the machines are out of order. Instead of having six flavors to choose from, you only have three. It is extremely disappointing. I could understand one or two machines being out of order occasionally, but this has been an issue for months now. This place really needs to put more effort into maintenance and general upkeep. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of care, especially when there are no other places in town to get frozen yogurt.

Unfortunately, the place has gone downhill. Only 3 flavors to choose from and a general lack of maintenance and upkeep. We used to love coming here when we first moved to Boerne. But it's been a while, and sadly probably not again anytime in the foreseeable future.
Pretty run down from the store to their trucks to the parking signs. 3 flavors of frozen yogurt that day (pumpkin, original tart, and chocolate) The store was pretty filthy. I kept asking myself how they are in business.

I thought I would give this place a try again while family was in town, but as always it's the same disappointing visit as the last 5 times. I won't be going again. I think some places are more for tourists that are on a one time visit, than for the locals. Probably should avoid main street . The store was dirty, dispensers dirty and were almost empty, making the fact that they were grimy look even worse. To top it off after ordering an item for $12 weeks were told, Oh, we are out of strawberries and blueberries, but we have bananas so it will be mostly seeds. ? no thanks , that's 2 reasons it $12. Too bad. It's gone down hill for years .

We, along with several other customers waited for 20 minutes for the attendant (wearing UTSA T-shirt) to return from where ever he was. All but one of the machines had frozen yogurt (pumpkin flavor was the only one working). All the toppings were empty at the serving bar and it was really filthy. When the attendant returned, he did not even apologize for disappearing for 30 minutes. He was extremely rude, as if we were an inconvenience to him. Not to mention the other customers who got tired of waiting and left their yogurt on the counter and left. We will definitely not be back!
