Weisse dunkel. That's all you need to know. Those two words are all that matter. As long as they have weisse dunkel on the menu, no other beer is necessary and the food is just a supporting character. The beer brat was good, with good sauerkraut and mustard. The fries were pretty weak - kind of soft and limp (best part of the fries was the coarse pretzel salt on them - they'd be outstanding with that salt if they were crispy, crunchy fries). Went to Cibolo Creek Brewery on Christmas Eve with some friends who were in town and we loved it! The food was incredible, and the beer was great (I would literally drink their cookie dough stout everyday if I could). Highly recommend!

Very nice place to hangout. The food was average. I wasn't impressed. I had the shrimp soup and it was very salty. I also had the birria tacos and nothing great to say about them either. The beer and wine selections is decent. For the most part the place is great for atmosphere and food just to take your hunger away. Food is okay. The service was good. You order when you come in the.
