This subway has gotten much better over the last month. There was a clear change of management and the employees that were huge problems have been no where to be seen. The guy that I see every day around lunch time is awesome! I can actually stand coming here now!

Drove in from Dallas to visit my parents and wanted to grab a sandwich at the end of my trip. Showed up at 5pm on 6/20/2024 and the employee with nose jewelry said that they don't have white bread... not that they just ran out but have some in the oven and it will be a few minutes if that is okay... nope... just a blank stare. Per google, this subway is supposed to be open until 9PM but limited menu for the last half of the day...

This is subway out of many I'd such a joke!! Been here several times and each time, was horrible! The time before this, the guy said "I'm super busy. I won't be able to make your food because I have other sandwiches I have to make." I was the only person there. This time, I asked for a chopped salad. Same guy said we don't chop salads anymore. This will be the last time I buy from this subway. Zero stars is what they should get and subway needs to address the employees at this location.

Seriously, if you walk into an establishment, were the only ones even there , had to wait for ten minutes while absolutely NOBODY acknowledged you (we understand about lunch rushes and all so we were patient and willing to wait happily), only to be "greeted" with a scowl and told "I'll be with YOU in a minute" would you eager to eat there? My boyfriend asked for a wrap with double meat and said he'd pay extra (EVERY other Subway we've been to in Central Texas has done this no problem) and was told with another scowl and heavy attitude "well SIR I don't think we can do that".....eyeroll, scowl..."let me see, SIR"....how about lose the condescending "SIR" since you don't mean it and are trying to be disrespectful anyway and just say "No sir we cant". That would've been fine and we still would've ordered. I wish I could give a review on the food, but the abysmal, sub par and rude attitude was enough to send us packing. Don't know who this employee was, but she absolutely doesn't need to be in the service industry. We will NEVER stop here again. And it's a shame because we love our Subways. Or we did. This left a bad taste in our mouth...pardon the pun.

Despite the reviews and the infamous 'old white lady' comments, we decided to give this subway a try. Had a middle aged man and a younger lady helping us. They were both awesome, sense of humor, polite, and our orders were both perfect! Very pleasant experience!
