Stopped through early in my RV, & saw they were open early & got breakfast! Excellent food & portions!
The breakfast tacos were fresh, hot and delicious. The picadillo and nopalitos tacos were scrumptious.
It's good Mexican food and family ran

Taquito's Mexican restaurant offers delicious and quickly served food with an authentic Mexican touch. The staff, led by Mr. Gabe, are known for their great service and attentiveness. The restaurant offers a kid-friendly environment with high chairs available. The chicken quesadillas are a popular choice and have been praised for being better than home-cooked meals. The catering service is also highly rated for its timely manner and delicious food.
The meat is professionally seasoned with balanced yet forward flavors, and the tortillas are made in-house. Many customers highly recommend it as a working man’s lunch stop. The food is on point, fresh, and amazing, with some calling it the best Mexican food in the Boerne area. The Carne Verde breakfast taco is delicious, the carne perfectly cooked, and the chile relleno is on-point. The beef fajita taco is one of the best tacos in Hill Country. Guests also love the fluffy pancakes and the Midas plate.
Although some dishes may not meet expectations, like the tacos del picadillo, the restaurant is willing to refund in such cases. Overall, Taquito's is a worthy visit for its good smells, delicious food, and attentive service. Many wish they had discovered it sooner!
