We sat 20 min before being acknowledged and getting water. Slow to get food. Almost an hour. The quail was good but the veal was not as described. Beautiful setting but overall disappointed

I expected much better for a restaurant at this price point. The steak was bland with little to no flavor or seasoning. Presentation on the sides was laughable (Lunch lady scoop of mashed potatoes. It just did not check the box in any category for me.

The restaurant is simply first class, white linen tables decorated with roses and the entire restaurant presented a beautiful ambience. The food was superb. Service equally fantastic, We had crab cakes for an appetizer and being from New Orleans I was skeptical that it would be a good choice but boy was I surprised with how well it was prepared. Just excellent. The blackened halibut was lightly blackened and prepared perfectly. A must if you eat there. Likewise, the snapper was delicious. Most desserts were made in house and all will more than satisfy the sweetest tooth. Overall on a 0-10 scale I give the Creeks a 12! It's definitely now my favorite restaurant in Boerne and the surrounding areas. Also you can eat outside on a beautifully decked out area overlooking water. What more can you ask for? Oh, a good musician? They had that as well!
The Creek is a lovely place for a fantastic meal. I took my parents there for my mother's birthday. The Shrimp Tampico, fish tacos and the burger were a 10/10. Our server, Joel, sang a sweet version of Happy Birthday to my mom with a complimentary piece of rum cake. We of course also had to try the key lime pie and 18 karat cake. Both were delicious!
We had an excellent time our waiter was engaging and not overwhelming with good suggestions. The food was excellent I recommend the canceled as an appetizer. It is expensive, but was a memorable event well worth it.

My warm mushroom salad was fabulous. Crabcakes and lobster Mac & cheese also amazing!!! But the best part, and the reason for my visit, was the cocktail Rojo. LOVE them....as in I had two!

The Truffled Risotto was strangely/over seasoned. She who must be obeyed could not finish it. The Veal Cordon Bleu was well prepared, but it was bigger than the plate. We joked that it was a side of veal. Very limited "by-the-glass" wine selection. The quality and execution were not in line with the prices.
Our second year to drive from Austin to Boerne to dine at the Creek to celebrate a birthday. Our entrees were wonderful but side dish had to be sent back because it appeared to be so old and dried out we couldn't even pierce it with a fork! And we finally had to get up and go find our wait staff as they never came back to check in on us. They did bring a birthday cake, which was nice, but only after we had already ordered desserts. So we asked for our desserts to go. Honestly, the smallest serving of Creme Brule I've ever seen served in a restaurant and, again, old and dried up. Beautiful setting and ambiance, we've enjoyed dining here many times over the years but this was disappointing.

The ambience was warm and sophisticated with relaxing views. The service was Outstanding (Salute to Eduardo). And the food extremely tasty and was excellently plated. Highly recommend, and I love the linen, fluted glasses and beautiful table setting. It's a 5 Star for sure!

We arrived for the Sunday brunch buffet. It’s was insanely flavorful and delicious. All the staff were friendly & helpful. To quote my friends:“The chicken was lit.” & “the cheesecake melts in your mouth!”

Atmosphere and service here are always nice. Here’s the thing - I think they have some food items that are good. Like 30% of the menu is good. Their salads and soups are tasty. Only a couple of the other entrees are worth it flavor-wise… What gets me is the cost of this place is utterly ridiculous and they need to watch out when there are lots of other places with significantly better food that don’t cost this much. My veal entree last night was terrible and cost $50… that’s absurd. It was paper thin, over sauced, and overcooked to jerky status. Didn’t even come with a salad. They are starting to lose me and I won’t be coming back until they can either make the food much much better or lower the cost significantly.I could have eaten at Peggy’s twice last night for what that bill was and would have been much happier. Simple facts.

We went for brunch. It was the best shrimp and prime rib I've ever eaten. Everything was delicious. The service is fantastic. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the food and service.
