Such great food from a talented chef! I love that Chef Keith doesn’t use seed oils in his cooking and the food is (mostly) organic. I also love how fresh the seafood is. Valeria is one of our favorite spots for date night and my first choice for seafood!

Valeria offers an exceptional dining experience and is considered a little jewel in Boerne. Chef Keith, a talented chef and United States Marine, travels the world to create innovative dishes using the finest (mostly) organic ingredients. Wine dinners, like those with Ferragamo, are not to be missed and have received great praise. The chef and staff accommodate special requests, including dietary changes. The menu features dishes like caprese salad, chicken parmigiana, veal marsala, and the best crabcake with fresh grated cheese, all made fresh to order. It is also noted that the paella is the best anywhere near San Antonio. The pizza has a light, flakey, crispy crust with the best flavor. Guests can finish with shared desserts like tiramisu or Apple Carmel pie with fresh cream and ice cream for a truly satisfying meal. Valeria is a wonderful hidden gem with a warm and relaxing ambiance, great music some nights, and a new bar area. It’s a favorite spot for date night, seafood, and lunch. While it is noted that service may take some time, it is worth the wait. Valeria is open Mondays, providing an excellent option when there is little to choose from.
