Great food and service. Our waiter, Kenny, was friendly and made us feel welcome. The chicken marsala was the best we ever had.

Our first time here…very unassuming location but WOW what a wonderful experience!
Staff = amazing
Food = phenomenal
Atmosphere = delightful
We visited on a Saturday night with our son, his wife & our 10 month old grandson. The staff was most accommodating & attentive. We sat right next to where the live acoustic guitar player was to be. He came over & requested that we move the baby to the other side of the table to ensure he was not bothered by the music. He said that the music would be on the quiet side & we appreciated his concern. The music was delightful & we had no problem hearing each other speak at the table…bravo maestro!
All our food was perfectly prepared with great flavors, nice portions but not too heavy. I left pleasantly full but not stuffed, just perfect! They have a nice selection of wines as well as many cocktails. We purchased a wonderful bottle of wine from Spain.
I highly recommend this establishment!

Aubrey was a amazing Host! We were greeted when we entered. It is a quaint place by Chef Keith. The Lasagna was amazing with fresh homemade pasta and tge sauce was delicious. The Lentil Sausage Soup was great. Their is a nice lounge that serves fresh meals attached! Chef Kevin walked tge restaurant and interacted with guest.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely evening dinner at Valeria. The food was absolutely delicious, and I could tell the owners went out of their way to make the atmosphere feel as Tuscan as possible. The service was also fast, professional, and warm. Pricing is just right. This place is highly recommended for exquisite Italian dining in Boerne. We will be returning!

Love that sauces and pastas are made in house. No seed oils!
Valeria is easily one of the best restaurants in Boerne. The menu is amazing — creative, well executed, and everything we tried was excellent. Great wine selection, good music, and the service was friendly and attentive all night. The whole place just has a really great vibe. Honestly, one of the best dining experiences in Boerne. Would absolutely go back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our Valentine’s Day experience at Valeria Restaurant was extremely disappointing. We prepaid $400 through OpenTable for a 7:30 PM reservation ($160 per person plus a mandatory $64 gratuity). For that price, we expected a well-organized and special evening. We arrived 10 minutes early, only to be seated about 15 minutes after our reservation time and not even in the main dining room. Instead, we were placed at a lounge table in the bar area. After being seated, my wife and I waited over 20 minutes without a single server acknowledging us. No water, no greeting, nothing. Eventually, a waitress approached the table, and at that point I asked for a refund. To their credit, they agreed but even that process took another 15 minutes. By then, our Valentine’s dinner plans had been completely derailed. Thankfully, Cypress Grille was able to squeeze us in and completely saved our evening. For a $400 prepaid Valentine’s experience with mandatory gratuity included, the lack of organization, communication, and basic service was unacceptable. Extremely disappointing.

The food amazing. The service…sucked. We went on Valentines Night. Pretty sure every waitress was new or newer. No structure. It seemed they were all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Like I said the food was delish but with the service being so poor that lead the atmosphere being poor. The hostess seriously had to turn around the count tables to know where to seat anyone. The wine was served after the courses were in front of you. People were sat at tables that were not set with any glasses or silverware. One lady had to go to the bar to get her drink bc no one came to her table for 20 min after they sat.

Valentine's Day Event, reservations only. Special menu that honestly wasn't that different from their everyday menu, just abbreviated. They were badly overwhelmed. When we arrived there were at least 8 couples crammed just inside the door, 2 outside, and 4 more in the lounge (bar), plus my husband and I, who all had reservations. After waiting 20 minutes to get checked in, we chose to sit in the lounge to wait. Tried to order drinks but that took 30 minutes. We ended up having our dinner there instead of the regular dining room. That was fine but it still took 2 hours and the food was just average. Absolutely nothing special about it and it wasn't worth the $335 we paid for it. I'm so sorry to have to write this, but honestly, I would not recommend this place nor will we ever return.

Pre fixe menu for Valentine's was expected, but the food wasn't great. Service was very slow. I don't mind waiting for the meal to be coursed out, but we waited to be tended to throughout the meal. This was my first meal at Valeria, so I want to go back during a regular menu night.
The food was delicious, and the options for the set four-course menu for Valentine's Day were all great - but the service left a lot to be desired. For starters, we had a reservation for 7pm and waiting in line for fifteen minutes at the reception desk with two other couples before even being acknowledged. We were finally seated at an unset table, only to wait another thirty minutes before receiving water, placing our orders, and recovering place settings. And this only happened because we flagged down a server - the restaurant was swamped and the servers otherwise acted as if they had not seen us. We also had to remind the servers that we'd pre-paid for the set course meal and the wine pairing - the wines arrived with no description of what they were, they were just dropped off at the table. The patrons were squeezed elbow to elbow with other diners, as tables were placed almost on top of each other - close enough to almost be sitting in a fellow diner's lap. The food was wonderful, but the service was a 2/10, and that's probably being generous. I would be willing to try again - and I am hopeful that what we experienced last night was due to overselling bookings for the holiday, and it was a Saturday night, and maybe a couple people called in sick and the restaurant was short-staffed. But if last night's experience represents how the wait staff operates on a normal evening, it would be a hard pass for me.
I have Penne Vodka. Very good. Need more of a selection on dishes. Make sure to have a bartender. Service was excellent.
Didn't know this place existed until I was in the area working on areal estate deal. Went back for our anniversary dinner. It was nothing short of amazing, Nila our waitress was phenomenal and well acquainted with the menu. The food was spectacular and the live music was not overbearing and really good. I don't know how it wasn't packed on a Saturday (only 1 couple dined in while we were there). We will definitely be back.

Valeria is one of the better places I've been to in Boerne. The service was great from start to finish, the music was comfortable and added to the atmosphere without being distracting, and the food was excellent. Everything felt thoughtful and well done. A really enjoyable experience overall and definitely a place I'll be back to.
