Had the chicken fried steak dinner and it was not good at all. Coleslaw was good but steak and potatoes were not. Purchased 5 of these and wife and I choked down one each but returned remaining for refund. Mgr gave refund on the three untouched meals.
They seem to not have enough chicken cooked in mid day.The wait time is 20 minutes. And when you get the chicken it's a grease bag on a bone. No time for the grease release from the chicken. There is a big difference between the 2. The crust is more appealing as well, not soggy. Popeye's restaurant knows this well and is doing well.

We ordered 2 pot pie meals. We were given the 2 drink cups. Upon receiving our meals, we had 3!!! We were charged with 3 somehow and they just stood there. The pies were overcooked. We brought 1 pie home and was not given the drink or cookie! We were not offered a refund.This is the first time this has happened.
