This store has worked hard of late to better it's image and since the remodel, I feel that the food and the service has improved. Not many are comfortable yet with the kiosks, but they are actually pretty easy to use. All that said, it is McDonalds!
Isaac at the McDonald’s in Brady, Texas provides exceptional customer service! We dined inside for our meal and he was incredibly kind, fast, and super helpful with our order. He kept the environment welcoming and made sure our visit to the Brady TX McDonald’s was a great experience. It is rare to see this level of professionalism in fast food. Highly recommend stopping by to dine inside when he is working!
