“Not only do they make amazing drinks, but their customer service is wonderful! They’re always sweet and attentive. They’re even so patient with my 9 yo kiddo when she calls in her own order (because she’s learning life skills early). I would visit Kate’s over a chain coffee shop any day!“
“Absolutely love this place!!!! Purchased a frozen daiquiri and met the owner. Mentioned to him I didn't have a punch card yet and he gave me a coupon for a free drink next time since the machines were late to be turned on and the drink wasn't completely frozen. Awesome owner, always great customer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!“
“An elevated gem right here in the heart of Lake Jackson. Refined coffee takes an upstanding approach to bringing QUALITY ingredients -from the coffee bean itself or the milk that is used- the careful consideration and talent behind the recipes result to outstanding outcome. Do yourself a favor and change the way you drink coffee by checking out this place! The atmosphere is moody and tranquil and the staff is top notch.“
“Cool small coffee shop. Very quick service and employees were quite polite and wonderful. They even had a drive through and seemed like they had online orders as well.Could probably use a few more pastries/food options but not bad. Overall cool place.“
“I go at least twice a week. Once with my gal pals and once with my husband. We love the friendly staff and absolutely the best coffee in the county. Our personal favorite is the hybrid: perfect hot chocolate with espresso. Our entire group does wish they'd put a sign on the two larger seating areas that say "Reserved for groups," so the two people with computers would choose a table for 2 or 4 instead of setting up for the duration at the one big table of 8 for themselves.“
“I would like to give a shout out to Sally. Sally goes over and beyond on her service to customers. She is always friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Once I told her I was bringing my daughter there for lunch for her birthday. She hung a happy birthday banner in her honor. Also for Valentine's day, my husband had prepaid my coffee and asked her to give me some flowers. She greeted me at the door, with my coffee and flowers. This is the difference in going to a small business versus a large chain coffee place. Thanks Sally for all that you do!!! We appreciate you.“
“Monster breakfast "tacos" are actually the size of a burrito. The green hot salsa is pretty spicy, in the way asian hot mustard is spicy. It also has a lingering after burn like habanero. It's mostly thin, not chunky. Probably the best hot salsa of its kind in the area that I have tried, but I *prefer* red HOT salsas with cilantro and serrano which they don't have.Vegetarian options: Breakfast tacos with egg, potatoes, and cheese.“
“New crew. Does great with mobile orders. They're all working, including management. Orders have been correct and at expected temperature. They seem to have a better system now.Parking: Parking is tight, especially with heavy drive-thru traffic.“
“Best Starbucks in Texas super fast, never out of anything! I love this Starbucks and it's my small town and my son loves going there. They have coffee with cops and my son is obsessed with police officers so he was super excited and fanboyed over the police hanging out and making coffee for the community! Love this location“
“Love the coffee, frappuccino and just about everything else I have tried, not to mention there isn't one single Starbucks employee I have ever had a complaint about. They are all so darn friendly and helpful. Thank you Starbucks. You could make a recipe for manners and pass it around to some other companies in the food industry. They need helpful hints from someone. They sure don't care about public opinion.“
“The smell when you walk in is always so awesome at Starbucks isn't it! But the taste of my Mocha Latte 2x Espresso no whip was even better. I admit I don't get Starbucks every day, but sometimes it's almost a necessity. The new store in Freeport was a shocker as first but from what I've business looks good. The store is clean, well organized and stocked up with the seasonal side gifts. The coffee bar had everyttirrers u need for an extra dash of cinnamon or cup stirrers. And of course the baristas and mixologists are at top of their game.Parking: They made sure there's plenty of parking for those who like to go inside and enjoy the peace and quiet with their orders.Wheelchair accessibility: Side entrance is a good wheelchair accessible door.“
“Pros-This place has the best Kolaches you'll find anywhere.I love the sausage, cheese, and jalopeno Kolaches. The bread has a little sweet taste. The pastries are great also.No one I've come across comes close to the quality and taste of these large Kolaches.Yum.Cons-A little pricey. You wouldn't stop here to buy Kolaches for the baseball team unless you don't mind the cost.Closed on week-ends which is a little strange.Super nice people.Clean eating tables.Good coffee.Highly recommend.“
