I think this place is very underrated in my humble opinion. People are always friendly here. Food is good, and let’s not forget to mention the kid play area in AC while Parents can relax while monitoring their kids. This place delivers… especially considering how great prices are. You get food and family entertainment… what more could you want?? Haha.

Also, today I saw the staff working so hard wiping off tables immediately after people left, making room for more people on a busy school holiday. Yes, tons of parents took their kids to eat and play

This is the third time I have gone to this location’s drive thru. And not once have I received a straw, napkins, or a fork. It’s difficult to eat fruit or yogurt without utensils!! At this price point, that is the least you can do to provide these in your drive thru. Please do better.

It’s the slowest Chick-fil-A & the workers take forever to move around and deliver food. I’ve been to so many gas and are extremely slow giving food to customers. I usually sit in the line for about 10-15 minutes and when I do a mobile order to pick up inside, it’s never ready and no one is readily available or anywhere near ready and observant to give me my order.

It's gone downhill. I've been a bunch of times, but I hadn't been in a while til today. I ordered in the app, pull into the mobile thru line around 12:30 so all lines are long as expected, but, they've changed the line from the original design, forcing both lines to merge into one right after the order menu/speakers. So this is a pain that does not make sense and instead of the old QR code menus to scan, there are three signs in a row saying to merge. I get to the order menu, which used to also have a QR code to scan, and it just has a paper kids menu taped over it. But there is a chic-fil-a girl under an umbrella, with her ipad, at the merge point waving cars. So I ask her, where is the QR code, and show her my order on my mobile app.

Does she show me a QR code to scan? Nope.

Does she offer to throw in my order on her little iPad? Nope.

She tells me the QR code is back by the entrance to the parking lot, and I have to continue sitting in the rest of the line, then drive around to the front and scan and sit thru the whole line again.

WTH. So once I got around the building near the awning, I veered into the old mobile lane and left. And I don't think I'll come back. All these personnel hired and walking around and they can't offer service? This makes no sense at all. Neither does creating a bigger drive thru traffic jam--three initial lanes forced into one.

This is, unfortunately, the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The drive-thru is extremely poorly designed and makes the entire experience frustrating.
• Drive-Thru Layout: The setup is confusing and inefficient. There’s no clear order, so depending on when you arrive, it could take as little as 5 minutes or as long as 30 minutes to get through.
• Mobile Ordering Issue: The QR code for mobile orders is placed at the very beginning of the line, and it’s so small that it’s easy to miss. If you do miss it, the staff won’t help you — you’re stuck waiting all the way through the line, only to have to circle back around.
• Underutilized Space: There’s a second drive-thru lane available, but it’s not being used, which only makes the congestion worse.

Chick-fil-A is normally known for smooth operations and excellent service, but this location falls short. A redesign of the drive-thru process and better support for mobile orders would go a long way in improving the customer experience here.

OPEN UP THE MOBILE ORDER DRIVE THRU LANE! Why it was closed, I have no clue, but it was working perfectly fine for the consumers. Open It!

Every time I come here, I get stale fries, old patties, hard bread, or something else wrong, it never fails. This location needs some serious quality control and better management. Somebody from their regional office should come do a surprise visit, and clean this place up. There are some seriously lazy employees here, and if they don’t want to work, then they need to quit, and let someone who wants to work have their jobs. The management needs to be overhauled too! Please fix this place, I never knew I would actually eat at a bad Chick-fil-A, but here they are killing it in a bad way!!!
