This gotta be the most bipolar restaurant I've ever gotten food from (Delievery)They either do my order completely right. Or the screw up in the worst ways possible. Here are some few examples.One, They kept adding cheese in my burger that supposed to have NO CHEESE ANYWAY.Two, They added Peanuts in my blizzard oero royal treat. (Picture added) where did they even get that from?And three, which is the reason why I'm even making this- is that I ordered, A burger with no cheese, like always, a blizzard milkshake, a dilly bar, and fries. TELL ME WHY I ONLY FIND MY MILKSHAKE AND A DRY BURGER THAT TASTE CANCEROUS.I love my fast food workers, but honestly- are they even working? Houston's fast food was better than this.

When ordering, I had to repeat my order a multitude of times. Which granted, maybe it's hard to hear in the headset.But once I arrived to the window I still had to repeat what kind of blast I wanted multiple times, which was the advertised "Mint Brownie Blast" finally after receiving it I was given a mint? vanilla? Shake with some a tint amount of brownie chunks stuck at the bottom in a glob. Having been tired of repeating myself we decided to just take it and not return to this location.The steak finger basket was just how I remember from many years prior and don't really have any complaints about that.Very unfortunate experience all around.

My burger was soggy and most of the fountain drinks were out of stock. This is a busy location that appears to need better management.
Walked in was not sure anybody was even in the place looked around couldn’t see anyone some lady back in the back eventually in the kitchen never came upfront 10:30 in the morning on today’s post

2/3/24-stopped by one cashier who would locked the doors to keep customers out and away. Manager no where to be found and helping out their employees. Manager should have been helping the front cashier instead of encouraging the employee to locked the

Every time we have gone to this Dairy Queen we have had some kind of problem. The people are always nice but the order is rarely correct. In addition, we always have a long wait and we only order ice cream when we go.
If this is the Leander location I would say that the younger staff working there need a bit more training working professionally with the public. Also, almost every order is wrong. The atmosphere seems to be chaotic much of the time.

Ordered a #4 at drive through as a "regular" combo ($9.79). The attendant did not give me a price before pulling up to the window nor did she tell me the cost when taking my cash. I gave $20 and got $7.84 in change... Apparently they up sized me without me knowing..AND after getting back to work, they skimped out on the large fries! Why upcharge and then not deliver? Very bad business.
