Wow! We had sliced brisket sandwiches for lunch today (Brenham location) and they were by far the best we’ve ever had anywhere! Don’t know why anyone would put bbq sauce on it! Even the potato salad was excellent! There was a line when we got there but I expect that with any good restaurant. We have tried bbq in all parts of TX and this was by far THE BEST! We’ll be back!

Worth the wait! We arrived about 15 minutes before opening and joined the line. The line was almost an hour to get inside, but once we did, we were greeted by friendly staff and a handwritten daily menu. The staff offered samples and cuts of fresh brisket as we moved through to order. We tried a little bit of everything, and it was outstanding.
